Burro Banana

This would be the third year that we are harvesting small or burro banana from our backyard. Our plantain only failed us once which was last one year but that would be probably because we have been trying to save water & watering lesser & lesser when the plantain needs a lot of water for yielding fruit.

This is three pictures of the same banana row. We ate the bottom row( approx. 15-20), YUM!!
